Bright fluorescent blue microspheres are supplied in dry powder form. Controlled particle size ranges enable investigation of maximum particle size passing through the openings, filters and membranes. Particles exhibit a strong fluorescent response and are color stable in solution.
These fluorescent particles are also available dispersed in aqueous solution as Density Marker Beads.

Polyethylene microspheres are hydrophobic and suspend easily in oil-based solutions. They can also be suspended in aqueous solution if coated with a surfactant prior to suspending in water. We recommend using Tween 80 or Tween 20 Surfactants.
